Below are answers to some frequently asked questions regarding our services and the booking process:
Q: What types of photography does Fufu Agency specialize in?
A: Fufu Agency specializes in the photography of people. We want to build personal brands of people. The agency also does fashion photography with the objective to build fashion brands for designers and enhance portfolios of models, stylists, performance artists, and makeup artists.
Q: What is the booking process like?
A: The booking process starts with the Contact page. Fill in the form and the consultation process will begin. During the consultation we will discuss and define your shoot requirements, set a shoot date, discuss budget, and outline delivery timeline for you.
Q: What is the turnaround time for receiving images?
A: The turnaround time for images will depend on the type of shoot package you select. Turnaround varies from same day delivery to 7 business days from day after the shoot date.
Q: Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes, you can cancel your booking but our cancellation policy will apply. Please refer to our Shoot Cancellation Policy below.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit for a photoshoot?
A: Yes, a deposit is required to secure a photoshoot and shoot date. The deposit amount is 50% of the total fee of the package, and required 7 days prior to the shoot date.
Q: Can I bring my own team of hair and makeup artists, stylists, and models to the photoshoot?
A: Yes, the agency is open to work with our creatives. As a client you can enlist your own artists for additional services, but please note that our refund policy does not apply to external contractors.
Shoot Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations:
More than 7 days prior to the shoot: If the client cancels or reschedules the session more than 7 days before the scheduled shoot, the client will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, or may reschedule without penalty.
Within 7 days of the shoot: Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days of the shoot will result in forfeiture of 50% of the session fee or deposit unless the session is rescheduled at the time of cancellation.
Within 48 hours of the shoot: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the entire session fee or deposit.
Photographer Cancellations:
If the photographer has to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency), the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Weather Policy (for outdoor shoots):
In case of inclement weather, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule outdoor sessions. The client will be notified in advance, and rescheduling will be offered at no extra charge.
No-Show Policy:
If the client does not show up for the scheduled session without prior notice, the entire session fee or deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals:
If the client arrives late to the session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No extra time will be added unless agreed upon in advance, and additional fees may apply for extended time.
